What we'll do:

  • Pinpoint weak links in your mobility chain

  • Intro to strength-based mobility (Kinstretch fundamentals)

You will walk away with: Clarity on what's holding you back, and how we'll fix it. Clear, actionable and immediate steps for relief. Personalized gameplan for session 2.

Session 2 of 3: TRAIn THE FIX

Deep Dive. Your first full training.

Restrictions identified. Now we train to release and integrate.

Objective: Experience the full power of FRS mobility-driven strength training. Feel an immediate difference in your body.

What we'll do:

  • Train a fully personalized FRS-based strength & mobility session

  • Build joint-specific strength, end-range control, and capsular resilience

  • Apply your new mobility directly to gym lifts, sports, work, and daily movement

You will walk away with:

A-ha moments that re-frame how you think about training forever. A powerful training experience that redefines mobility—giving you lasting joint control, strength, and a deeper connection to your body.

Objective: Now that we've found exactly what works for you, it's time to give you clear actionable steps and strategies to make sure you keep it.

What we'll do:

  • Deliver your personalized mobility routine

You will walk away with: 1. Your custom mobility routine, based on the most effective integrations of your first 2 sessions. Something you get to keep and reap the benefits of forever.

2. Step-by-step blueprint to reach your goals together. A clear path forward. Confidence in your next move, whether it's personal training, group class or your own route.
