Deep Dive. Your first full training.
Restrictions identified. Now we train to release and integrate.
Objective: Experience the full power of FRS mobility-driven strength training. Feel an immediate difference in your body.
What we'll do:

Train a fully personalized FRS-based strength & mobility session

Build joint-specific strength, end-range control, and capsular resilience

Apply your new mobility directly to gym lifts, sports, work, and daily movement
