Your first Kinstretch Class
We know that first-time workouts can be intimidating. But don’t worry, there’s a first-timer in almost every class. Our small class sizes ensure close personal guidance from a certified Kinstretch instructor, so you get the attention you need.


What to expect:
In your first Kinstretch class, expect a guided mobility workout for all levels, designed to improve joint health, strength, and control.
You’ll start with with controlled articular rotations (CARs), moving into active stretching and targeted strength drills. It’s normal to feel challenged but in control—stay patient, focus on quality, and trust that your body will adapt!

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be flexible to do Kinstretch?
No! Kinstretch works for all levels, improving mobility and control from whichever level you are now.
What should I bring to class?
Just a towel will be enough! Good yogamats and water are provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
How is Kinstretch different from yoga or stretching?
Kinstretch uses a joint-specific training approach to strengthen their specific qualities and functions. It will feel more like training, because it is.
Will Kinstretch help with pain or injuries?
It definitely can, but remember: Kinstretch is not physiotherapy. If you have a serious injury, consult a physio. Your instructor will always check for injuries before each class so that movements can be modified for you.
