Hi, I'm Jim! Your mobility trainer. Here's what to expect:
I'm a Functional Range Systems and EREPS4 certified personal trainer, specialized in mobility training. Based in Amsterdam and Bussum, I offer 1 on 1, group and online training solutions aimed at reclaiming pain free movement. In collaboration with the ART of Physio team, I will guide you on a highly personalized path to building strength, improving posture and finding pain free movement in the areas you need it most.
Through careful assessment, 1-on-1 training sessions and tailor-made follow along (video) routines, I aim to offer a unique approach to personalization and building your daily practice. Training with me should redefine the way you feel, look and think about movement and training as a whole. If this is not the case, I didn't do my job.

Functional Range Assessments
Combined with detailed discussion of injury history, lifestyle and movement habits; we'll analyze active/passive range of motion and general joint function in a detailed assessment.

Personal training and group classes
Based in Amsterdam and Bussum, I provide personal mobility training on location as well as online.

Group Classes are currently only available in person in Amsterdam, Zaandam and Bussum.
Personalized Mobility Routine Videos
Based on the findings in your assessment, your personal 15 minute follow along video will enable you to perform your most important exercises every day, with minimal friction.

Recorded specifically for YOU; I'll perform your exercises in real time so all you have to do is press play and follow along.
Made enough progress? We'll re-assess and simply create your next video!
